Choose A Fee Structure That Works Best For You

ZUFO

(Zero Up Front Option)

  • Pay NOTHING upfront until your Vehicle, Boat or Asset is SOLD,
  • Then a flat fee of 5%+GST of the Sale price will be invoiced

MUFO

(Mobilisation Up Front Option)

  • Pay a mobilisation deposit of $1,500+GST before we list your special asset.
  • Then pay a flat fee of 3%+GST of the total sale price, when it is SOLD.

  • Total fee to pay to SELLevation
    = $8,700 (+ GST)
    = $10,000 (inc GST)
  • You would clear $230,000, from the $240,000 sale price

Please note that our MINIMUM FEE (for any sale price) is $2,750+GST
Unless an alternative arrangement is made – ie Multiple items to list and sell.

Additional Services / Project Management Hourly Rate = $95+GST
(Arranging valet, repair, remediation, maintenance and/or certification work, liaising with Territorial Authourites and Body Corp’s.
Also includes transport / relocation logistics beyond a 1hour time allocation)
