SELLevation’s version of Asset Liberation is selling your prized asset on your behalf, to help You with your next move.

Some would call that ‘consignment selling’ or ‘asset realisation’ but that sounds boring – What we do is exciting and dynamic, especially when it moves ‘from your asphalt to your account!’

SELLevation is a ‘sell on behalf’ service – You retain full ownership and possession of your car, boat or campervan until a sale is reached, payment is made and ownership is transferred.

Sorry, the mobilisation deposit is used towards premium listing fees on Trade Me, as well as our time, travel, equipment and insurance costs – It is non-refundable.

SELLevation will always advise on a strategy to reach a sale. This may involve re-adjusting the sale price expectation, undertaking a second photography session or additional marketing through other media outlets.

The full funds of the sale are paid directly into your bank account – We do not hold them in our own trust account. It is then your obligation to pay SELLevation’s ‘sell on behalf’ fee.

Additional advertising, such as print Ad’s in the NZ Herald or in specialist media outlets.

Significant cleaning or preparation of an item to get it ready for presentation and marketing, or providing assistance to get a vehicle to a VTNZ station for a new WOF / COF.

Travel expenses to reach an asset that is in an isolated location

SELLevation carries full Public Liability Insurance. It is SELLevation’s expectation and understanding that You carry full insurance on your own asset – If an incident were to occur our Insurers would work together.

All SELLevation Team Members carry a full NZ Drivers Licence.
